At a time when Mahesh Babu starrer Businessman is celebrating its success (in terms of collection) from the very first week itself, his father Krishna has done better feats than the hero in terms of completing the film in the lest number of days.
While Mahesh completing the film in 74 days was being showcased a major feat, thud came the facts from the Baap (father).
The facts were doled out none other than senior director Dasari Narayana Rao in the company of film stars Krishna, Mahesh Babu, Kajal, directors, Puri Jagannath, Ram Gopal Varma, SV Krishna Reddy, Dil Raju and others on dais during one of the success meets.
Heaping praise on Mahesh Babu, the heavyweight of film industry recalled that Mosagallaki Mosagadu was completed in 28 days and Alluri Seetharamaraju was completed in an even number of days. Krishna was hero in both films, the latter was produced by the actor’s home production house Padmalaya.
“A hit need not be shot months together. A good script and a good actor can do it in shorter period,” Dasari said. (INN)

The Mahurat of Viacom 18 & AB Corps Bbuddah - Hoga Terra Baap written and directed by Puri Jagannadh took place recently at Khoja bunglow at Versova.
While the Director broke the auspicious coconut and took the first shot on Sonu Sood, the Mahurat was also attended by Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonal Chauhan.
The movie has a stupendous star cast that includes Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Raveena Tandon, Sonu Sood, Sonal Chauhan, Southern actress Charmi and more. Amitabh Bachchan, who will reprise his Angry old man avatar with this movie, will be joining the shoot later in March. The DOP is Amol Rathod.
Few know that Celina Jaitely is a prankster and loves having fun on the sets. Recently while shooting for Love Has No Languages in New Zealand, the actress played a prank on debutant director Ken Khan and taught him few lines in Hindi.
It all happened when Khan and Celina were supposed to go for an informal party at a restaurant. Since most of the guests were Indians, Khan thought that it would be nice if he greeted them in Hindi. But little did he know that Celina would play a prank on him. Says Celina, "I taught him to speak Namaste! I told him that Indians say 'Namaste, tera baap chor hai.' I also told him that this was the best way to begin his speech particularly if he wanted to please people."
Well, when Ken was called on stage and he said, 'Namaste! Tera baap chor hai!' Celina says, "You should have seen the expression on the guests' face when Ken actually said that to them. They just were stunned and did not know how to react. His accent it sounded very funny. Of course, later I told the guests that it was a prank that I had played on him."
Director Sriny Vytla is reportedly unhappy with prince Mahesh Babu. The reason is that Mahesh Babu is not regular in attending shoots.
The take it policy of Mahesh Babu is affecting the making of the film. Srinu Vytla wants to complete the film as soon as possible by Mahesh Babu does not seem to be keen to wrap up the film quickly.
