    Kaka is old and deaf!

2007/12/26 7:59:24 The irrepressible M Sathyanarayana Rao has done it again. He was reacting to the statement of senior congress leader G Venkataswamy. The two had met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh some time back. MSR had claimed that the PM had told them that it was chief minister Y S Rajashkar Reddy who was standing in the way of separate Telangana. Now Kaka says that he met the PM along with MSR but did not hear PM saying anything about YSR and Telangana.

The young at heart, MSR said that it was perfectly plausible that Kaka may not have heard what the PM has said. Kaka is too old now and he is also not keeping good health. Kaka is also suffering from a hearing impairment. As such he should be excused for not being able to hear what the PM had said.

His joining in the Congress party in now way helps the party. Moreover, it will defame the Congress party.”

“If, Sonia Gandhi wants to meet him she would have asked PCC President D.Srinivas or somebody else in the state to convey her message. But, by sending AK Anthony to his house, she unnecessarily elevated Chiranjeevi and his beleaguered party. I think this is quite disgraceful to our Congress party.”

“I condemn Kaka’s statement made against her. Earlier also, I have told him not to speak about her nationality. I will go to New Delhi very soon and ask for Sonia Gandhi appointment to describe all these things to her.”

Undavalli comes out with secret letter

    2011/2/2 0:36:31

Rajhamundry MP Undavalli Arun Kumar who was silent for the last few months erupted with a confidential letter in his hand, stating that it was written by late YSR addressed to Sonia Gandhi. He claims that, only he and KVP Ramachandra Rao knows about this most confidential letter.

Undavalli displaying the copy of the letter told the media “Nowadays, everyone says Congress is in deep crisis. But, late YSR believed that it already begins in year 2009 and thought that, unless the party high command takes some corrective measures at the earliest, he fears it may further worsens the situation. So, on the very next day of the last general elections, he wrote this letter to Sonia Gandhi suggesting her alliance with Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam party. So, no one needs to make any outcry over Sonia Gandhi’s decision to seek alliance with Chiranjeevi.”

“I, think being a senior leader of the party Kaka (K.Venkata Swamy) shouldn’t have made such comments against party president Sonia Gandhi, over her decision. I think, he become very old and suffering a memory loss due to aging,” said Undavalli.

Undvalli criticizing some Congress leaders “Every person in our state very well knows that, late YSR and KVP Ramachandra Rao were very close friends. Late YSR several times told the media and his party men that, he and KVP were inseparable souls. Yet, many Congress leaders dare to term KVP Ramachandra Rao as broker. Those who claim rights over late YSR should understand that, making such comments on KVP is showing their disrespect to the great leader late YSR. These people eagerly claims all the good things of late YSR and whatever they find wrong will transfer it to their rivals. Everyone should condemn this kind of attitude. Personally, I have worked with late YSR and I am privileged to have his close association for years. So, I can say that, he is a honest CM that the state ever seen in its history.”

But, the timing of his revelation makes everyone look suspicious at him, as he was spotted in Jagan’s camp for a while, then disappeared from there without leaving any hint. Congress leaders doubt that, whether he is trying to jump back into Congress showing his full support to Sonia madam while keeping Kaka at bay with his letter? Is he planning to gain the confidence of the party high command with his actions now? However, it is true that Congress is passing through its worst period and suffering a set back on every other day with so many loop holes inside the party.

Kaka might be wrong with his demand asking Sonia Gandhi to step down from party president post, but, the present crisis in the Congress party really deserves a thought on his suggestion.
