The TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu alleged that chief minister Y S Rajashekar Reddy had insulted him. The incident took place during the BAC meeting at the Assembly in the presence of speaker Suresh Reddy.
Babu says that YS had mockingly folded his hands and said that they would run the government as dictated by Babu. When Babu wanted to talk about the MSP issue and also about the break in assembly session for Diwali, an angry Y S Rajashekar Reddy is said to have shouted at Babu to simply ‘Shut Up!’
Babu immediately staged a walkout and the TDP MLAs are now staging a silent protest near the statue of Mahathma Gandhi in the assembly premises.
The positive talk about power star Pawan Kalyan’s latest film Teen Maar is a great relief to Mega compound. Hence, a press meet was called by the producer Ganesh babu on Friday to share their happiness with the media persons. Ganesh babu said that, still he couldn’t believe the grand openings of his movie. “People are very anxious to watch the movie at the earliest. More over, I came to know that, some people are spreading negative talk about Teen Maar, where as the people are fully enjoying it. I suggest such people that, if they can’t help a film run successfully then better shut the mouths. This kind of negative publicity erupts out of jealousy only. Audiences can judge any film better than any one else. So, it is better to keep shut the mouths if can’t support the film.”

2011/11/5 5:56:34 (IANS) Anna Hazare Saturday announced that he had decided to shut down his blog and only those statements bearing his signature should be considered authentic.
"I have decided to shut down my blog," Hazare told reporters here.
"Only if I sign anything, it is final on the blog," he said.
Hazare's decision came after his official blogger and journalist Raju Parlekar made a statement recently that Hazare wanted to "restructure" his core team.
Hazare denied any such move. "I wonder if these revelations are part of a conspiracy," he said.
The TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu faced an embarrassing situation in his home town Naravaripalle yesterday. Babu celebrated his birthday at his native village and went around greeting people and seeking their blessings.
Babu went to the residence of his paternal uncle Papayya Naidu to seek his blessing ahead of his rath yathra 'Mee Kosam'. Babu was stunned when his uncle advised Babu to follow YSR. He told Babu that he should promise people things like free current, rice at Rs. 2 a kilo and also easy loans etc. Only then will he have any chances of coming back to power, Papayya Naidu made it clear to Babu, who was left speechless.
Nagarjuna created some embarrassing moments at the audio launch function of Naga Chaitanya’s 100% love.
When Nag took the mike, the fans started cheering him wildly. The cheering continued even after Nag started speaking. This enraged him and he shouted at the fans. Nagarjuna asked the fans to ‘shut up’ (nooru muyyandi).

At a party hosted by Ranbir Kapoor, Band Baaja Baraat actor Ranveer Singh got a bit tipsy and insisted on teasing the Kapoor boy about his ex-flame Deepika Padukone. Ranbir had to literally ask him to 'shut up!'
Ranbir had invited Anushka Sharma, Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and a few others to a party at his place. After Ranveer got a bit high, he asked Ranbir to play the remixed version of Dum Maaro Dum for the umpteenth time, reported The Times of India.
Not only this, "Ranveer apparently started discussing Deepika at length telling Ranbir that Dippy was the hottest girl he dated," a source informed the daily.
That's not all. "Ranveer who is usually very loud and crass even went a step ahead and added that the line in the Dum Maro Dum song Pant Khichega Ki Nahi... was intended at RK Junior. Naturally Ranbir wasn't amused. And he made his displeasure evident by asking Ranveer to shut up. Even Anushka asked her Band Baaja Baraat co-star to shut his mouth. This incident has certainly soured relationship between the two actors. We're not sure if the one-film-old actor will be invited to RK's parties again.

All the thermal power plants in the state have consumed the coal stocks during these 14 days strike period. According to reports the plants can operate at the maximum 4-5 days on the existing coal stocks in the yards. Unless, Singareni resumes its coal supplies to NTPC within a couple of days, all the power plants will have no other options except to shut down their operations with which the entire state will go into darkness.
Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and the Central Government which have their own agendas and problems seem to be intentionally ignoring this problem. Unless, some alternative arrangements are being made for coal supply to the thermal plants from now onwards, the state is going into dark very soon.

2011/7/26 3:16:30 Social Welfare Minister Pithani Satyanarayana on Tuesday denied reports which appeared in a section of the media that some of the Social Welfare hostels would be shut down.
Clarifying on the allegation, the Minister told media persons at the Secretariat on Tuesday that the government was on the other hand trying to develop the said hostels as per the requirements so that the students received more facilities.
Mr Satyanarayana was of the opinion that students would be provided better facilities with improved infrastructure while integrating/merging some of the small hostels.
He informed that approximately 4900 Social Welfare hostels were functional at present and ‘merger’ would only help provide quality services and facilities to the students.
Further clarifying on the alleged closure of some of the hostels, the Minister said that where the strength of the students was less than 50, such hostels would be merged so that the students would come under a better and bigger cover of the management.(INN)

Google on its official blog, Google announced the death penalty to its code search engine, Buzz, Jaiku which let users send updates to friends, the Google personalised homepage feature iGoogle, and the University Research Program for Google Search.
The shut-downs came as part of Google's housecleaning effort announced in early September, in which the company said it will shut down a number of products and merging others into existing products as features.
"Changing the world takes focus on the future, and honesty about the past. We learned a lot from products like Buzz, and are putting that learning to work every day in our vision for products like Google+. Our users expect great things from us; today's announcements let us focus even more on giving them something truly awesome," said Google in the blog post.
Google Buzz, a social networking and messaging tool integrated into Gmail service, has been widely criticised for privacy concerns and held back the search giant from expanding its businesses to the social networking space.
After Buzz, Google launched Google+ in June, which has been receiving a good response and passed the 40 million user mark, the company's chief executive officer Larry Page said Thursday. (IANS)

Hence, the 10,000 wholesale shops and more than 1 lakh retail shops across the state will remain closed for the next 8days.
