But, the producer of this movie Ganesh babu has said that, they have not shot any stills for this film until now and whatever comes into media circulation are might be mere creation of Pawan Kalyans fans. While Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishen will play either Jai or Veeru (the choice is his!) Nana Patekar and Mithun Chakraborty are under consideration for the title role of Gabbar Singh.
A source says, "Both Nana and Mithun have been approached, though neither has said 'yes' yet. They're obviously afraid of being unfavourably compared with both Amjad Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. But the makers are keen to sign on Nana or Mithun because the Bhojpuri Gabbar is conceived as a wild, untameable creature who lives in a banyan tree. He's almost like a dangerous animal. Nana and Mithun have that panther-like quality about them."
