Mariyam Jakaria and Sakshi Gulati have played female leads opposite Dr.Rajashekar in this movie. This film is directed by Kanmani and co-produced by K.Chandrashekar and A.Uday Shankar.
Speaking to media "This is Dr.Rajashekar mark film. He has played dual roles in this movie as father and son. Both father and son fight for the people. When, the son comes to city from his village how did he handle the critical situation there is the basic story line of this film. Dr.Rajashekar gave a roaring performance in dual roles which we believe would be highlight of our film. We are planning to shoot a song and some important scenes of the film at Vijayawada soon. With this schedule the entire shooting of the film will be completed. We will release the songs and the film very soon," said the producers.
Ahuti Prasad, Venu Madhav, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Shivaji Raja, Anand, Kadambari Kiran, Sana, Jayalalitha, Rekha and some others have played important roles in this movie.
Dr.Rajashekar's 'Mahamkali' movie shooting has completed long time ago, but due to some problems it is still not released. Dr.Rajashekar was badly injured while doing climax shots in the sets of 'Mahamkali' movie. However, he is fully recovered and back to his work. He is currently doing his next film titled as 'Arjuna.' He is playing dual roles in this movie. Currently, the shooting of this movie is progressing with brisk pace at RFC, Hyderabad where some action scenes on hero and the villain's gang are being filmed.

Dr.Rajashekar's 'Arjuna' fighting in Ramoji Film City

During the current schedule that continues till April 10th, some action scenes composed by Kannal Kannan will be filmed on hero Dr.Rajashekar and the main star cast of the film. With this, entire film shooting except two songs will be completed in the present schedule. The two balance songs will be completed during next month.

Venkatesh and S.Satish are jointly producing this movie as production No.1 on Sri Sai Sanjana Movie Makers banner. Dr.Rama Naidu handed over the script to director Kalyan after performing Puja Karyakram.

2008/2/5 5:52:44 Hero Rajashekar has been in the news for his comments against megastar Chiranjeevi. The media has been after him and Rajashekar and Jeevitha hogged the maximum possible media space in the past one week.
Rajashekar wanted to show to everyone including Chiranjeevi that he too commands a big and loyal fan base. So Rajashekar planned to celebrate his birthday in a grand fashion. He expected his fans to come to Hyderabad in big numbers. But it was not to be. Only a few hundred fans came to greet him on his birthday. 2008/1/27 22:26:20 The fans of megastar Chiranjeevi attacked actor Rajashekar at Punjagutta this morning. The shocked actor had great difficulty in getting away from the menacing crowd. The fans attacked the car with rods and other deadly weapons. Rajashekar and his daughter Shivani were injured in the attack. Shivani was admitted to Apollo hospital where she was treated for injuries and later discharged.
The mob attacked Rajashekar and Jeevitha when they were coming in a train. The first attack took place at Guntur railway station. Later they faced an attack at Secunderbad railway station. The attack by Chirnjeevi fans is over a comment made by Rajashekar yesterday.

The city security agency which is providing two security personal to guard the residence of Dr.Rajashekar at Hyderabad, has served a notice asking them to clear the debt of Rs. 1 lakhs that they owed to it, for providing the security service. The agency has alleged that, the Dr.Rajashekar couple was not paying the salaries of their security personal, since last one year due to unknown reasons. The agency wrote that, unless they clear the debuts immediately they are going to stop the services from 1st of April.
However, it is not clear why Dr.Rajashekar couple have ignored to pay the salaries of their security where as they spend huge amounts on charity purposes.

Recently, Dr.Rajashekar got an offer from producers Lagadapati Srinivasa Rao and M. Satyanarayana. V. Samudra, who once directed Dr.Rajashekar’s films-‘Simharasi’ and ‘Evadayithe Nakemiti’, will direct this new film under LVR Productions banner.
He said “I have prepared an excellent script for this movie keeping in view of Dr.Rajashekar’s image and body language. We will formally start this film shooting in the next month and begin regular shooting from November month. We are planning to rope in a leading actress to pair with him in this movie.”
