Vadlamusi Mohan, president of TDP’s Vijayawada Telugu Vidyardhi wing and the follower of Vallabhaneni Vamsi was found dead near Nidamanur Bridge on early hours of Saturday. According to reports, he left home around Friday mid-night. His body was found lying near the bridge. During the primary investigation, police have found some injuries on his head. He was also accused in several cases, including a murder case. Police start investigating the case but so far they didn’t take anyone into their custody. Mohan is also taking active part in Samaikyandhra agitation during the few months.
2007/9/24 23:52:03 Kamala Devi mother of film artist Nayantara was found murdered at her residence in Madhura Nagar in Hyderabad yesterday. The miscreants murdered her and took away about 50 tolas of gold and some cash.
She is believed to be the mother of film actor Nayantara. However, it is not yet known if she is the Malayalam actress Nayantara or some junior artist with a similar name.

2012/3/28 21:49:27 Bandi Venkateswara Rao, the active leader of YSR Congress party was murdered by three unidentified persons on Thursday at Chiturpu village of Ghantasala mandalam in Krishna district. The miscreants came on a motor bike and stabbed him with knives and flee away. Venkateswara Rao died on spot. Police are investigating the case.

According to police, the deceased was later identified as Satyanarayana, a resident of Shaikpet. Some assailants are suspected to have killed him by putting boulders on his head.
Police shifted the body to the Osmania General Hospital for post-mortem. A case of murder has been registered and further investigations are on. (INN)

The deceased, Sushilamma, was found dead on Saturday near her residence in Shamshabad. The assailants reportedly killed her by slitting the throat. The motive of the crime is not yet known.

2011/10/12 9:01:06 A 40-year-old man was found murdered at his residence in Katedhan area in the Shivarampally police limits.
According to police, the deceased Vijaya Prasad was a native of Jharkhand and he was living in a rented room in Katedhan area along with two other friends. He was a labour contractor. However, his room was locked from outside for the last two days. On Wednesday, on receiving complaint from the neighbours that some foul smell was emanating from a locked room, police came to the spot and broke open the room.
Police found the decomposed body of a man who was later identified as Vijaya Prasad. Police suspect that his friends might have murdered him on October 10 over some financial dispute by throwing a boulder on his head.
The body has been shifted to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for autopsy. Further investigations are on. (INN)
Victory Venkatesh is now doing the film ‘Bodyguard’ with Trisha as the heroine. Venkatesh is now all set to act in a film to be directed by creative director Krishna Vamsi.
Vamsi narrated a story to Venky recently and the actor is reported to be happy with it and has given his approval. The film will be made with Godavari backdrop.

Creative director Krishna Vamsi has made several films. However he too has some unfulfilled dreams. His dream is to direct Chiranjeevi but it has remained a dram even after 10 years. Still Krishna Vamsi has not given up hope. He says that the time has not yet come.

Meeting with Jagan was 'accidental', says Vamsi Mohan
2012/5/3 6:40:43 Hyderabad/Vijayawada, May 3 (INN): Telugu Desam Party leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan on Thursday gave reply to the show-cause notice served by party president N Chandrababu Naidu over his meeting with YSR Congress president Jagan Mohan Reddy during the election campaign in the Krishna district.
In his explanation, Vamsi Mohan reportedly mentioned that he had met Jagan Mohan Reddy 'accidentally' in the election campaign and there was no political significance to his meeting as reported by the media. Stating that he has not done any mistake, Vamsi Mohan said that he has no plans to quit the TDP to join the YSR Congress party. “I will remain in the TDP and continue to serve as a loyal worker," he stated.
In his letter, he said that he had never indulged in anti-party activities and in future, he would never make any comments against the party which could damage its image.
Earlier, he came to the TDP office to give explanation to party president N Chandrababau Naidu in person. However, the leaders did not allow Vamsi Mohan to meet Naidu and asked him to give his letter to senior leader G Buchchaiah Chowdhary.
With leaders not allowing him to meet TDP chief, Vamsi Mohan sent his letter to Naidu, according to sources.
2011/3/14 9:33:10 An Indian student Tosha Thakkar who lands in Australia to pursue higher studies was gang raped and murdered by two Australian youth Stanley and Reginald. They have raped and then killed the girl. They stuffed her body into a suitcase and thrown it into a sewage canal behind Meadow bank park in Sydney.
Police have recovered the body of Tosha Thakkar and also nabbed the miscreants. While, Stanley is just 19 year old, the other one is born to a Srilankan family who has settled in Australia. Most probably her body may be deported to India in a couple of days, say the concerned officials.
2011/10/4 8:26:18 The Rajendera Nagar police on Tuesday solved the mytery behind the murder of a woman Geetha and her 13-year-old son Chandu. However, it turned out to be a triple murder as Geetha's husband Yadaiah was also found murdered on Monday.
According to police, Yadaiah's body was found in a water tank behind the Rajendernagar MRO office on Monday. His body bore marks of injuries inflicted with sharp edged weapons. A heavy stone was tied to the body before it was thrown into the tank.
Earlier on October 1, 35-year-old Geetha and her 13-year-old son Chandu were found murdered at their house in Manikyamma Nagar Colony. After being informed about the local residents foul smell was emanating from a house which was locked from outside, the police broke open the lock and found their dead bodies. Both were brutally murdered as their throats were found slit with a sharp edged weapon. The woman also had a head injury.
Geetha's husband Yadaiah was reported missing that day. However, Yadaiah too was found murdered on Monday.
Working on very little clues available, the Rajendra Nagar police solved the mystery and took the main accused 25-year-old Praveen into custody.
According to police, Praveen was a neighbour of Yadaiah and developed some enmity over petty quarrels. On September 27 night, he along with his friends Naresh and Fayyaz, came to Yadaiah's house and on the pretext of discussing some matter took him to an isolted place. Yadaiah was then brutally murdered and later his body was thrown into the water tank.
Later, they went to Yadaiah's house and killed Geetha and her son Chandu. Yadaiah's two daughters who went to their grandmother's house were saved.
Police say that the main accused Praveen was a previous offender. The other accused Naresh and Fayyaz are said to be absconding. (INN)

Former Maoist leader and TRS Politburo member Sambhsivudu was murdered on Saturday night by some unidentified persons near Gokaram village in Nalgonda district, while he was returning from ‘Telangana Dhum Dham’ program conducted by TRS held at Sangam village in Nalgonda district. About 15 miscreants have chased his car and attacked with swords and sickles. Sambhasivudu succumbed to death while shifting him to Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad.
Sambhasivudu was allegedly involved in 80 criminal cases including murdering MLA and Allipiri bomb blast case. Police suspects that, it is the handy work of Naim gang, who has grudges with him since a long.
