Senior Congress leader J C Diwakar Reddy’s brother J C Prabhakar Reddy on Friday warned that people of Rayalaseema were capable of 'teaching a fitting lesson' to Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao in the state capital Hyderabad itself.
Reacting to the torching of a bus belonging to their company Diwakar Travels, Prabhakar Reddy told reporters that the Rayalaseema people would not be apprehensive due to torching of Seemandhra buses by Telangana activists. He said that Seemandhra people would not cow down to pressure tactics and disassociate themselves from integrated state.
Warning the TRS chief of serious consequences if he did not mend his ways, he said that the people of region would teach a fitting lesson to KCR in Hyderabad itself.
According to reports, the bus belonging to Diwakar Travels owned by J C Diwakar Reddy was torched allegedly by eight Telangana activists on Thursday night at Bachupalli crossroads. The bus was heading towards Vijayawada from Hyderabad. Dundigal police have registered a case in this connection.
Prabhakar Reddy feared that the lives and properties of Seemandhra people would not be safe in the event of division of state. (INN)

Talking to reporters at the NTR Trust Bhavan here on Thursday, TDP MLA M Narasimhulu condemned the attack on Naidu's convoy by the Telangana activists in Nizambad. Holding TRS president K Chandrashekar Rao and Telangana Political Joint Action Committee chairman Prof M Kodandaram responsible for the attacks, he warned that the TDP cadre would not remain silent to such attacks. "Our party has lakhs of members in the Telangana region and they would be forced to retaliate if KCR and Kodandaram continue to target our party," he said.
Narasimhulu alleged that the TRS chief and Kodandaram have instigated the TRS activists to carryout physical attacks on Chandrababu Naidu. "We will not remain silent and will teach them a lesson if they continue with the same attitude," he warned.
Speaking about the Collectors Conference, Narasimhulu said that the instead of discussing the issues concerning the common man, the ministers have used the occasion to fight with each other. "The cabinet ministers exposed and insulted each other during the conference," he said.
Addressing the same press conference, former minister T Devender Goud said that instead of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy reviewing the performance of departments, the ministers have pulled up the Chief Minister for deficiencies in the government schemes. "It was unfortunate that the cabinet ministers themselves have expressed doubts on the welfare and developmental schemes initiated by the Chief Minister," he said. (INN)

'Met Anurag Kashyap at Farhan's party after his Twitter outburst. Had a long chat. All izz well now,' Arbaaz tweeted Monday. The party took place Sunday midnight.
Arbaz also posted a picture of the two of them in a side-hug pose with each other, displaying happy times.
The Twitter war between the two filmmakers began after it was announced that Arbaaz will direct the sequel of 2010 blockbuster 'Dabangg', helmed by Anurag's brother, Abhinav.
According to reports, Anurag had felt Abhinav was asked to leave the project. So in anger, he posted negative comments about Khan brothers - Arbaaz and Salman. What followed was an exchange of bitter retaliation.

"I am resigning from the assembly as my image has been damaged following the Lokayukta report. I am going to submit the resignation to Speaker K.G. Bopaiah today (Sunday) and will announce my plans later," said Sriramulu, addressing media.
