Telangana martyrs forum president Raghuma Reddy has announced that they will contest for the 4 seats in the bye-elections. He declared that Bhukyadev Singh from Adilabad, Tagore Prasad from Station Ghanpur, Uppalayya from Kamareddy, and Bandari AdiLakshmi from Kollapur will contest in the bye-elections on behalf of their forum. He told the media that they are asking the widow of late Rajeswar Reddy to contest from Mehboob Nagar constituency.
He asked all the political parties to support their candidates and to prove their sincerity towards Telangana cause. He also stated that whoever opposes their candidates will be treated as Telangana traitors. However, his statement made from NTR Trust Bhavan makes Congress and TRS suspect his sincerity. Although, TRS didn't made any comments on his proposal it suspects Chandrababu hand in glove. TRS is embarrassed with this unpredicted development and searching for ways to overcome the problem.

In that case, it would be the part of swiping of Congress party out of Telangana area as announced by KCR some time ago. Let us see whether Congress will let its cadres jump into TRS on Telangana issue or retain them by announcing statehood to Telangana?

In a very whacky scene in the film Akshay jumps into the fire to save Katrina Kaif, but he is so afraid of the fire that he faints. Katrina then literally had to lift Akshay and get him out of the fire.
Says producer Firoz Nadiadwala, "Anees Bazmi, the director had conceived the particular hilarious scene. In fact whilst shooting for the scene, we were apprehensive of Akshay jumping inside the fire since it was risky.
But Akshay being Akshay just jumped inside the fire. He even got his right hand burnt but he didn't tell us. We got to know about it once the shooting was over."

2011/9/29 8:13:03 Ali 369, the game show aired on ETV on Wednesday night prime time at 9.30 pm turned out to be a nightmare to some of the participants and they couldn’t hide their feelings either, nor could they be edited.
To start with the game show anchored by popular comedian Ali, has three groups and a very healthy (lots of calories, say fat) person in each group. It is not a show where IQ is tested but it has elements of running around and jumping over.
Just imagine the plight of big boys and girls panting and grasping for breath to complete the show.
In the first show chubby actress Geeta Singh and her partner, TV Anchor Kishore Kumar Das and his partner along with Tirupathi Prakash participated which had lot or running around, jumping and other physical demands which are many knots beyond any normal game show.
Of the many rounds, sitting on an erratic spring bull for 60 seconds after wading through an inflatable podium seems to be the most gruesome for chubby souls. It took lot of effort for Geeta Singh to reach the bull, with the help of co participants. Climbing the bull itself was another feat. After she managed to reach atop the jerks and churning of the bull came into play and she was dislodged in half the time.
Though she could keep her composure she did cry out that her head was spinning at one point of time.
Kishore Das, the other chubby participant, said no to the horrific form and his partner, who plays the role of K Roshaiah in the political parody, Evadi Gola Vadidi, took up the challenge and lost it by just five seconds.
In a bid of solidarity, Ali himself mounted the bull and fell down after halftime. This apart there is some running around arranging photos of artistes under the film’s name and digging out the balls from a maze are some of the physically challenging rounds.
Though some of the rounds like ‘not reacting’ to anything for 60 seconds questions on the scene just enacted look interesting the jumping jingle is too hard on the participants though it evokes humour sometimes, it is sad to see them struggle.
Bobby Deol will be seen doing some daredevil stunts in director Sangeeth Sivan's yet untitled thriller.
Bobby has the looks, the machismo and the physique to fit convincingly into the role of an action hero. Although he has been doing serious and romantic roles in some of his previous releases, the spunky Deol is now retuning to action.
The actor reportedly plays a negative role in Sangeeth Sivan's next movie.
In the film he will be seen in several action sequences that show him jumping off the 14th floor of a building, swinging on a crane and landing atop a moving train, etc.
The stunts have been shot under the guidance of expert action director Hanes from the South.
Bobby says he actually hadn’t planned to do some stunts in the film (like jumping off from a building). But he did it on the spur of the moment while shooting the film.
“The excitement and energy levels were quite high. I simply got carried away by the moment. I wanted to go through the experience doing a really dangerous stunt,” Bobby is quoted as saying.
However, the actor says he would think twice before doing so again.
Apart from this movie, Bobby will be seen playing a negative character in Suneel Darshan’s movie Shakalaka Boom Boom also.
2011/10/20 7:43:41 With the RTC buses back on the city roads leading to a sudden increase in the volume of traffic, the Hyderabad Traffic Police too has decided to be back in action to check traffic violations.
The Hyderabad Traffic Police will launch Special Drive against specific violations by certain category of vehicles from Friday. For RTC buses, the traffic police will check for violations like not stopping in Bus Bays, signal jumping and stop line violation. For auto-rickshaws, extra demand including not using meter, refusal to ply, carrying extra passengers, driving without driving license and bus bay parking will be checked.
For all other category of vehicles, the police will monitor stop line violation, signal jumping, triple riding, wrong side driving and cell phone driving. The seven-seater autos, DCMs, medium vehicles, heavy vehicles, private buses and lorries will not be allowed on city roads beyond the specified timings.
The Traffic Police will also intensify checking the instances of drunken driving at night. The use of PDAs will also be intensified to check previous violations by vehicles. (INN)

The deceased was later identified as Seetharama Raju. According to Dundigal police, Raju was a resident of Telugu Talli Nagar and believed to have resorted to the extreme step due to financial problems.

Explaining the nature of the sport, Harman said, "Parkour is actually urban free running. What it requires you to do is run across streets, building precipices, skyscrapers in one linear movement without breaking the momentum and without being mindful of the hurdles. That's precisely what I've done in Love Story 2050 '.
Apparently, Harman was severely bruised and battered while doing the unprecedented stunts.
"It wasn't easy. But nothing challenging is easy. And I love challenges. Our audiences are bored of watching the same supposedly heart-in-the-mouth stunts. They want to see new stunts.
"They got it in Dhoom and Krrish . Hopefully, what I've done in Love Story 2050 will also be a new experience. Jumping from skyscrapers is passé. Jumping over them is the new high," he said.
As far as actors go, in Anubhav Sinha's forthcoming Cash , Riteish Deshmukh does Street Luge, which involves lying down on a skateboard and chasing cars.

When you have a film which stars seven top stars of Bollywood, there are bound to be funny incidents galore! And this time poor Shamita Shetty happened to be a victim of prankster Ajay Devgan while shooting for Anubhav Sinha's multi starrer thrill ride CASH .
It came when she was least expecting it. " Ajay went shopping one day and came up to me with this toy they said which resembled an ipod. He and Zayed told me to listen to the new song of CASH on it. I thought it was really sleek and couldn't wait to hear the song. But the moment I turned it on, I got the shock of my life! It was actually a device that gave out electric shocks and currents, I was totally freaked out!" says an amused Shamita.
Well, that's Ajay Devgan for you, serious and fun at the same time!
The human trafficking episode involving BJP MP Kataria has an Hyderabad angle. A personal assistant to TRS leader is alleged to be involved in the racket. TRS leader Chandrashekar Rao however denied any role into the whole episode.

New Delhi, Oct 19 (IANS) Ranbir Kapoor took time out from his professional commitments to meet the Indian Army soldiers who guard the borders, jumping at the opportunity to travel to Nahan in Himachal Pradesh.
Ranbir spent the day with the soldiers and even got a first-hand look at the challenges they fface and training they undergo, when he visited them for NDTV's "Jai Jawaan" episode earlier this month.
Apart from sharing a meal with them and entertaining them, Ranbir participated in some firing practice, followed by rock climbing and rappelling. He also played a rugby match with the soldiers.
