Ingredients for Vegetable Manchurian:

Ingredients for Veg Balls:

Maida + cornflour 1 cup 

Garlic chopped 3-4

Ginger chopped 1 inch

Cabbage grated 100gms

Carrots grated 2

Capsicum chopped 1

Soda bicarb pinch

Salt 12 tsp 

Ajinomoto 12 tsp 

Soyasauce 1 tsp 

Ingredients for sauce of Vegetable Manchurian

Garlic chopped 6-7 

Ginger grated 2 inch 

Green chillies chopped 3-4 

Soya sauce 1 tbsp 

Ajinomoto 1 tsp 

Salt 1 tsp 

Cornflour 1 tbsp 

Oil 2 tbsp 

 

Directions to cook Vegetable Manchurian:

Directions for preparation of veg balls:

  • Take grated cabbage and carrots and squeeze the water out from them.
  • Make a tough dough out of the above ingredients, make balls and fry in oil. 

Directions for preparation of Sauce:

  • Heat oil in a  frying pan and then fry grated ginger, garlic, green chilies for 1 min. 
  • Add 1&12 cups of water, ajinomoto, soya sauce & salt. 
  • Cook the water for 3 min. 
  • Getnly add veg balls & cornflour paste. 
  • Garnish with spring onion leaves.
  •  Vegetable Manchurian is now ready to be served immediately.
